About

Switzerland Running is an independent calendar of running races in French-speaking Switzerland: Geneva, Vaud, Valais, Fribourg, Neuchâtel and Jura. Road, trail, cross-country and track, from local fun runs to ultra-trails. It is free and needs no sign-up. It goes with the Instagram account @switzerland.running.

Where the data comes from

Races are collected from organisers' official websites and social media, public race calendars and our own research. Every race is then checked: those marked Unverified have not yet been confirmed on an official source.

Information without guarantee

We do our best to keep dates, distances and places accurate, but organisers change things and mistakes happen. Always check the official website of the race (linked on each race page) before registering or travelling. Switzerland Running is not affiliated with any race organiser.

Corrections and removal

• A date, distance or detail is wrong, or a race is missing? Send us a message on Instagram and we'll fix it as quickly as possible.
• Organisers who prefer their race not to be listed can ask the same way: we remove it.
